KUALA LUMPUR, 11 JANUARI 2022 – China Intercontinental Communication Center (CICC) telah melancarkan tiga Pesanan Khidmat Masyarakat (PSA) berjudul “Mutual Appreciation, Mutual Prosperity”, “Window” and “Eyes” menerusi LongTV hari ini.

PSA ini bertujuan untuk memupuk kesedaran dan menggalakkan orang ramai untuk mengenali keunikan tradisi budaya negara China, pembelajaran bersama serta pembangunan masyarakat Cina. Disiarkan menerusi LongTV, sebuah platform internet video atas permintaan Malaysia, ianya dijangka dapat mencecah lebih ramai penonton di Malaysia kerana platform tersebut memainkan peranan penting dalam meningkatkan ketersediaan khususnya akses kepada maklumat. 

Dokumentari berjudul “Mutual Appreciation, Mutual Prosperity” mengisahkan perjalanan pertukaran pelajar Eropah yang menuntut di Universiti Peking. Ia memperlihatkan pengalaman di mana mereka mendalami seni dan keunikan Opera Cina. Filem pendek ini bertujuan mempamerkan pembelajaran bersama dan perkongsian warisan di antara pelbagai budaya dari negara yang berbeza latar belakangnya. Filem ini dihasilkan oleh Tan Zheng Yan, pelakon terkenal yang sering memainkan watak lelaki tua di dalam industri Opera Cina, dan juga merupakan keturunan generasi ketujuh keluarga Tan. 

Manakala “Window”, sebuah dokumentari yang menggunakan tingkap sebenar keretapi sebagai latar belakang utama, membawa penonton mengembara ke dalam 5 realiti berbeza. Ia memaparkan perjalanan watak di mana mereka berhasrat untuk mengejar masa depan yang lebih cerah di dalam masyarakat yang dipimpin oleh CPC. Dokumentari ini memperlihatkan realiti dan mimpi di mana mereka mengembara dengan keretapi ke sebuah tempat yang jauh demi berjuang untuk sebuah kehidupan yang lebih baik. 

Mengambil inspirasi dari kisah benar, “Eyes” membawa naratif sebuah kisah menyayat hati mengenai pembedahan pemindahan kornea yang melibatkan rakyat dari China dan Sri Lanka. Ia mendedahkan emosi sebenar diantara dua negara berbeza namun begitu mengambil berat antara satu sama lain atas dasar kejiranan dan kemanusiaan. “Eyes” dipersembahkan oleh CICC dan Syarikat Hainan Media Group Advertising. Ia kemudian telah diambil alih oleh Hainan TV.
