“Lagu ini berkisar tentang kisah percintaan dalam sebuah perhubungan yang asalnya merupakan hubungan di antara dua rakan baik yang kemudiannya ‘hati’ rakan baiknya itu menjadi miliknya, dan hubungan itu menjadi sangat istimewa buat lelaki tersebut.
“Pada kali ini saya membawakan genre pop moden yang tak pernah saya nyanyikan sebelum ini kerana inginkan kelainan dan mencuba sesuatu yang baru, selain mencabar diri untuk keluar dari zon selesa.
“Lagu ini juga turut memaparkan sisi vokal yang lebih dewasa sesuai dengan usia saya sekarang,” kata penyanyi berusia 20 tahun ini.
Penuntut tahun akhir jurusan diploma dalam bidang Seni Hiburan di KDU University College ini memilih untuk memberi fokus kepada bidang pelajaran terlebih dahulu.
“Pihak pengurusan Rocketfuel tidak pernah menghalang hasrat saya yang ingin meneruskan pelajaran dan mereka sangat memahami kehendak saya yang mahu menimba ilmu terlebih dahulu.

Mengulas lanjut mengenai single Milik, Irfan berkata, “Proses rakaman lagu ini mengambil masa selama 4 jam dan agak pendek berbanding dengan lagu-lagu yang pernah saya rakamkan sebelum ini, kerana saya dapat rasakan lagu ini serasi dengan jiwa saya.
“Banyak yang saya pelajari ketika berada di studio rakaman, selain perkara baru, ramai juga orang baru yang dapat saya bekerjasama di antaranya komposer tersohor iaitu Mike Chan.
“Mike banyak memberi tunjuk ajar serta ‘input’ yang menarik dan kreatif dalam menjiwai lagu ini agar dapat dinyanyikan dengan baik semasa di dalam studio.
