KUALA LUMPUR, 13 FEBRUARI 2022 – Konsert Slam Mentari Muncul Lagi yang telah berlangsung malam tadi di Dewan Plenari, Pusat Konvensyen Kuala Lumpur mengubati rindu peminat kumpulan Slam selepas dua kali tertangguh akibat Covid-19.

Konsert selama dua jam menyaksikan persembahan bertenaga Zamani bersama kumpulannya Slam. Konsert ini berjaya menarik kira-kira 1,500 penonton dengan mengikut prosedur operasi standart (SOP) yang ketat. Rata-rata yang hadir berpuas hati dan terhibur dengan kemantapan vokal Zamani yang mendendangkan 17 buah lagu hit sepanjang 30 tahun Slam dalam industri seni.

Persembahan dimulakan kira-kira pukul 8.40 malam dengan lagu Biarkanlah diikuti dengan beberapa lagu hit lain seperti Buat Seorang Kekasih, Manisnya Rindu, Rindiani dan Tak Mungkin Perpaling.

Seterusnya Zamani yang mengenakan busana dari Neonate mengakhiri untuk segmen pertama dengan mendendangkan lagu Nurkasih dan Maria Mariana.

Semasa konsert berlangsung Zamani sempat mengucapkan terima kasih kepada peminat-peminat Slam yang sentiasa memberi sokongan kepada mereka daripada dulu hingga kini.

Beliau juga mengucapkan terima kasih kepada komposer Saari Amri yang telah banyak menaikkan nama kumpulan Slam dan juga pengurus mereka, Johan Aziz.

“Terima kasih kerana setia bersama saya dalam keadaan saya straight ke, bengkok ke (merujuk keadaan fizikal dirinya) anda masih kekal menyokong kami” Ujarnya yang menghidap penyakit skoliosis membuatkan tulang belakangnya melengkung sejak 2019.

Selain Zamani, Slam dianggotai oleh Shah (gitar utama), Lili (bass), Ajak (gitar kedua), Man (drum) dan Eddie (keyboard).

Sementara itu, kumpulan Slam meneruskan persembahan untuk segmen kedua dengan menyampaikan lagu Kembali Merindu, Suratan, Biarkan Ia Pergi, Kembali Terjalin, Kurnia, sinar Menunggu, Jika Kau Rasa Getarnya dan Gerimis Mengundang.

Pada akhir acara zamani turut menjemput Ratu Rock Ella dan peminatnya ke atas pentas bagi menyanyikan lagu Mentari Muncul Lagi bersama-sama.

Turut hadir menyaksikan konsert berkenaan Tengku Permaisuri Selangor, Menteri Belia Dan Sukan, Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu dan rakan artis yang lain antaranya Shuib, Wani Hasrita, Neves Pretty Ugly, Ajai, Along, Musa (Exist Reunion) dan Radin Era.
