Penciptaan lagu ini juga secara tak langsung terhasil apabila komposer, Shaiffulhan telah memenangi Juara dalam pertandingan Carta Lagu Artis Sabah musim ke-12 dengan lagu yang dipertandingkan berjudul ‘Keseorangan’ nyanyian Santiana Ramli. Oleh itu, Shaiffulhan telah ditawarkan untuk mencipta lagu ini untuk Cici menerusi pertandingan Carta Lagu Artis Sabah (CLAS) musim 14.
