OVER MY DEAD BODY produced by Amy Chin and starring a mixture of veteran Hong Kong acting talents – Teresa Mo, Ronald Cheng with rising new stars – Edan Lui (Hong Kong Cantopop Boy Group – Mirror), Jer Lau (Hong Kong Cantopop Boy Group – Mirror) and many more. The movie tells the story of residents in Seaside Heights when their livelihood was disrupted because of a sudden dead body of unknown origin found on their doorstep. Afraid that the dead body will condemn their unit as ‘murder home’ causing its market value to nosedive, the homeowners decided to pass the buck to their neighbours causing a chain of events.
The movie OVER MY DEAD BODY has surpassed HKD20 million box office in Hong Kong as the movie featured the reality of properties in Hong Kong. The word of mouth from netizen are that the movie while pushing the boundaries of Hong Kong movies, are very relatable to address current social issues in an exaggerated over the top and bold approach.
