KOTA KINABALU : Hip hop tidak lagi menjadi muzik bermusim apabila kebanyakan penyanyi baharu yang muncul mempertaruhkan genre lagu ini dengan menampikan penyanyi rapper muda yang berbakat. Dianggotai oleh 10 anak muda, ISOBAHTOS juga dikenali sebagai IsoB, visi mereka untuk membawa, memartabatkan dan mewakili unsur seni budaya dan warisan tradisi masyarakat Borneo melalui muzik mereka dalam industri.
Anggota ISOBAHTOS terdiri daripada Mohd Azizan Danial Abdullah (A.D), Diji Panis (D&G), Jay Adner James (ghidd), Ian Josue Jaideh (IAN J.), Oliver Ordine (Ibherrrr), Ramziwazizi (RamziAli), Quenner Mitchell Pauzi (Quenner M.), Roysten Habirin Lapongan (RODB), Jesper Evans Dumali (RYT) dan Carey Didier Chin Zao Yuan (YERAC).
Nama ISOBAHTOS berasal daripada perkataan ‘Aiso’ yang bermaksud ‘Tidak’ dalam bahasa Kadazan Dusun dan ‘Batas’ yang bermaksud ‘Had’. Ini mewakili misi mereka untuk mencipta muzik dengan menggunakan unsur bunyi tradisional asli yang diselitkan dengan instrumen moden.
Selepas membuat debut mereka pada 30 Ogos 2021 dengan single pertama berjudul Tiada Batas, terbaharu ISOBAHTOS muncul dengan single baharu, ARJIIBII (RGB) yang dilancarkan secara rasmi pada April bulan lepas di saluran YouTube ISOBAHTOS.
Menurut RODB, lagu ARJIIBII (RGB) yang dihasilkan sepenuhnya oleh ISOBAHTOS dan IsoMeds Studio itu membawa dan memberi semangat kepada pendengar untuk tidak berhenti dalam melakukan apa yang diimpikan.
“Pada pendapat kami lagu ini adalah lagu yang memberi semangat kepada pendengar untuk tidak berhenti dalam melakukan apa yang diimpikan. Berfikir dua kali sebelum melakukan sesuatu. Ini terlalu banyak warna dalam kehidupan. Hanya kita yang boleh memilih warna kita sendiri.
“Warna menunjukkan persepsi seseorang terhadap dunia. Merah, hijau, biru adalah warna utama cahaya yang melukis kehidupan seharian kita. Kita boleh melihat berjuta-juta warna melalui mata kita, tetapi setiap daripada kita hidup dalam dunia kita sendiri.

“Proses penulisan lagu ini bermula dengan satu demo yang belum siap di mana seorang ahli kumpulan kami, ghidd yang merakamkan demo lagu ini pada 2019. Selepas itu kami semua bersetuju untuk menulis semula lagu itu dan diberikan nafas baharu melalui penulisan baharu dan penambahan ahli yang lain dalam lagu ini.
“Lirik dan melodi yang ditulis adalah hasil daripada kami sendiri melalui banyak perkongsian idea dan juga ilham untuk menyiapkan lagu ini,” katanya.
Menurut ghidd, proses rakaman lagu ARJIIBII (RGB) ini cukup mematangkan mereka.
“Bagi proses rakaman lagu, pada kali ini setiap ahli kumpulan bertambah baik dan semakin profesional dari segi vokal dan teknik rakaman. Hasil teguran dan pembelajaran baru yang diberi daripada orang sekeliling membuatkan kami lebih mudah untuk memperbaiki teknik rakaman. Masing-masing daripada kami saling membantu antara satu sama lain untuk menghasilkan lagu yang berkualiti dan mampu diterima oleh smua pihak,” katanya.
Bagi IAN J dan Ibherrrr, mereka berpendapat proses rakaman video muzik (MV) lagu ARJIIBII (RGB) berbeza dari single pertama.
“Proses rakaman MV lagu ini sangat berbeza dari apa yang kami buat pada single sebelum ini. Lokasi penggambaran kali ini sejuk dan berangin. Apatah lagi, lagu yang dihasilkan ini sangat berbeza dari lagu sebelum ini yang memerlukan kami untuk melakukan watak dan penceritaan yang lebih mendalam dan lebih tenang. Ia mengambil masa tiga hari tiga malam di mana semua pasukan produksi berkhemah di sekitar kawasan rakaman. Ia adalah pengalaman yang hebat buat kami semua,” katanya.
