KUALA LUMPUR, 9 OGOS 2021 – Dunia hiburan hari ini bersedih selepas penyanyi Siti Sarah Raisuddin yang bertarung nyawa akibat Covid-19 gagal diselamatkan lalu pergi meninggalkan kita buat selama-lamanya.

Penyanyi itu menghembuskan nafas terakhir kira-kira pukul 5.13 pagi,lsnin di Pusat Perubatan
Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (PPUKM) selepas dia ditidurkan pada 4 Ogos lalu.

Berita kematian Siti Sarah itu dimaklumkan sendiri oleh suaminya, Shuib Sepahtu menerusi lnstagram miliknya.

“Bidadari syurga saya pergi buat selamanya. Mohon sedekahkan Al-Fatihah.” Katanya.

Lebih menyedihkan, Sarah,37, pergi meninggalkan kita semua tanpa sempat menatap bayi lelaki dikandungnya selama lapan bulan yang dikeluarkan secara pembedahan bagi menyelamatkan nyawa. Bayi berkenaan diberi nama Ayash Affan, kini berada dalam keaadan stabil.

Terdahulu Allahyarham menjalani pembedahan mengeluarkan bayi tersebut selama tiga jam pada petang Jumaat, 6 Ogos lalu selepas beberapa jam ditidurkan. Penyanyi lagu Kesetiaan itu dimasukkan ke hospital pada pagi 4 Ogos lalu selepas mengalami batuk yang teruk dan kekurangan oksigen dalam badan akibat jangkitan Covid-19.

Turut menzahirkan rasa dukacita atas pemergian Siti Sarah Raisuddin, antaranya Ketua Pengarah Kesihatan, Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah, selebriti tanahair Datuk Siti Nurhaliza, Fasha Sandha, Imam Muda Asyraf dan Prof. Madya Dato’ Dr. Mohd Izhar Ariff Mohd Kashim.
