Bakat nyanyian semulajadi sememangnya sudah ada pada Syazwan sejak dari kecil lagi, ketika masih menuntut di universiti, beliau sering membuat persembahan bersama band dan sejurus tamat belajar, impian tersebut terpaksa ditunda sehinggalah pada tahun 2015 apabila beliau keluar dengan single pengenalan namun kurang mendapat perhatian.

Tempoh Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) bukanlah penghalang buat Syazwan dalam meneruskan impian beliau bahkan menjadi pembakar semangat dalam menghadapi apa jua cabaran.

Single Sang Purnama mengambil masa selama sebulan untuk disiapkan kerana Syazwan menitikberatkan kesempurnaan sesebuah karya dan video muziknya (MV) yang diarahkan oleh pengarah popular, Ghazi Maslan, digarap dengan begitu kreatif sekali.

“Ghazi menjadi pilihan utama kerana beliau sememangnya arif dalam kerja-kerja pembikinan MV, saya serahkan idea sepenuhnya kepada beliau kerana hasil kerjanya yang mengagumkan dan beliau faham apa yang saya mahukan dalam membangkitkan mood lagu Sang Purnama,” jelasnya lagi.
