KUALA LUMPUR, 6 OGOS 2021 – Single Sakit yang dilancarkan pada 2019 berjaya melonjakkan populariti penyanyi dan komposer muda ini. Karya segar yang dihasilkan selain bait-bait lirik yang dekat dengan kehidupan menjadikan dia inpirasi banyak orang.

Bagi ZynAkal atau mesra disapa Zyn, lagu SAYANG AKU TANYA APA KHABAR itu dihasilkan tahun lalu bersesuaian dengan situasi dan keadaan semasa negara di mana kerinduan orang ramai untuk berjumpa orang tersayang dan keluarga tercinta yang berjauhan di mata.
“Sebenarnya lagu ini dihasilkan tahun lepas dan sudah ditayangkan di saluran YouTube. Perancangan asal bukan untuk pasaran muzik semasa. Ia untuk suka-suka saja. Tapi, selepas beberapa bulan ada yang mencadangkan kenapa tidak lagu ini dikomersialkan.
“Kebetulan Def Jam Malaysia muncul dengan idea untuk menampilkan Dayang Nurfaizah sebagai rakan duet dalam lagu ini. Alhamdulillah, kali pertama Dayang mendengar lagu ini dia terus suka, jadi saya pun buat susunan semua lagu awal tahun ini,” katanya.
Menurut Zyn, dia terkejut dan tidak menjangka jika Dayang Nurfaizah menyatakan persetujuan dan menyukai karyanya itu.
Malah, Zyn berasa beruntung apabila penyanyi yang baharu melancarkan album Belagu itu turut memberikan idea bagi penambahbaikan dari segi susunan lagu.
“Bagi saya ia sesuatu yang bagus kerana dalam berkolaborasi ini perlu ada persefahaman dalam muzik. Saya menganggap idea yang diberikan oleh Dayang menjadikan lagu ini lebih menarik.
“Apabila Dayang cakap bersetuju, saya memang terkejut. Bukan apa, sebelum ini dia pernah bekerjasama dengan nama besar dalam indusri. Berbanding saya yang masih baharu ini, berasa diri kerdil sangat. Satu penghormatan buat saya secara peribadi dan penghargaan dalam kerjaya. Dayang juga sangat merendah diri dan sudi bekerjasama dengan saya,” katanya.
Zyn berkata, berbesar hati apabila Dayang bersetuju untuk berduet dengannya juga dianggap ‘sempurna’ kerana pemenang Vokal Terbaik tiga kali pada Anugerah Juara Lagu (AJL) itu memiliki ‘tone’ yang cukup kena dengan lagu berkenaan.
“Lagu ini dirakam semula pada Mac lalu. Alhamdulillah, proses rakaman lancar. Tidak ada yang susah walaupun pertama kali bekerjasama dengan Dayang. Lagi pula dia cepat dapat apa yang saya ingin sampaikan dalam lagu ini. Improvisasi yang dibuat Dayang pada lagu ini juga kena dan boleh diterima.
“Kami buat dua kali sesi rakaman. Malah ketika rakaman dibuat juga, kami tidak ambil masa yang lama. Saya puas hati dengan apa yang dipersembahkan. Malah Dayang bagi lebih lagi. Pendek kata, ‘tone’ dan vokal Dayang kena dengan lagu ini,” katanya.
Berbeza dari kebanyakan tema lagu ciptaannya sebelum ini, Zyn berkata tema cinta dan kasih sayang ini bagi disesuaikan dengan keadaan semasa dilalui ramai orang.
“Dari segi luaran lagu ini kedengaran macam lagu cinta. Tapi, dalamannya mengenai mereka yang berjauhan dengan orang tersayang termasuklah ibu bapa, isteri, suami, anak-anak, rakan-rakan dan sesiapa saja. Kiranya lebih kepada kasih sayang.
“Lagu ini bukan kisah saya pun. Ketika lagu ini dihasilkan saya membayangkan secara keseluruhan saja dengan cuba kaitkan dengan situasi sekarang di mana pelaksanaan Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) sejak tahun lalu,” kata ZynAkal lagi.
Sementara itu, Dayang Nurfaizah mengakui dia bersetuju merakamkan lagu itu bersama Zyn kerana melodi dan lirik lagu yang menarik. Sekali gus memperlihatkan bagaimana keterbukaan penyanyi lagu Di Pintu Syurga itu bekerjasama dengan sesiapa saja.
“Saya bersetuju untuk berkolaborasi kerana tertarik dengan lagu ini. Lagu ini segar dari segi melodi yang ringkas, dari segi lirik yang bersahaja yang mana ada kaitan dengan semua. Seperkara lagi, ini lagu duet yang mana menjadi ‘wish list’ saya adalah menghasilkan lebih banyak kolaborasi bersama artis lain.
“Macam dikatakan lirik lagu ini sangat bersahaja macam percakapan seharian. Bagi saya lagu ini sangat ringkas dan ‘straigh forward’ tetapi ‘feel’ lagu ini saya berasakan istimewa. Dalam masa sama kena dengan kehidupan kita sekarang,” katanya.
Dalam masa sama, Dayang menyifatkan Zyn antara penyanyi dan komposer muda yang perlu diberikan perhatian.
“Bagi saya, Zyn seorang penyanyi dan komposer yang berbakat. Kalau dia diberi peluang dan ‘guide’ yang betul, insya-Allah dia boleh pergi jauh dalam industri muzik tanah air.
“Artis muda baik penyanyi atau komposer apa yang saya ‘admire’ mengenai mereka adalah idea dan kreativiti dalam berkarya. Cara mereka bekerja terutamanya. Saya sendiri berasa banyak perkara saya boleh belajar daripada mereka.
“Jadi, seronok sangat dapat bekerjasama dengan Zyn. Dia antara yang sangat senang dan mudah bekerjasama. Paling penting bagi saya, kalau nak berkolaborasi kunci utamanya adalah senang untuk diajak berbincang,” katanya.
Dayang juga berharap kolaborasi pertama dengan Zyn menerusi lagu SAYANG AKU TANYA APA KHABAR itu diterima baik seluruh peminat dan pencinta muzik tempatan.
“Saya berharap peminat akan suka dan boleh menerima lagu ini. Sebab bagi saya lirik lagu ini sangat sesuai dengan apa kita lalui sekarang. Ramai antara kita merindui seseorang sebab sudah lama tidak berjumpa.
“Jadi, saya harap apabila mereka mendengar lagu ini dapatlah terubat rasa rindu itu. Dapatlah memberikan senyuman. Kalau mendengar lagu ini juga tidaklah berasa bersendirian sebab semua mengalami perasaan sama ketika ini,” katanya.
